• Deadline to enter contest is October 15, 2019.

  • Space is limited to 20 teams -- first-come, first-served. 

  • Teams are limited to 5 people. A5ny team with more than  people will need to pay an additional entry. 

  • Chili must be original recipe of applicant.

  • Each team must bring at least 3 gallons of cooked chili ready to serve. 

  • Chili must be on site and ready to be served by 12:00 noon.

  • Teams may begin setting up at 11:00 a.m.

  • Each team will be given two 6-foot tables and a chair for each team member. 

  • Each team will have access to one electrical outlet.

  • Each team may bring toppings and/or additional side dishes for guests. 

  • Bowls, spoons and napkins will be provided.

  • Teams may decorate their area and the public will judge for best decorated team table.

  • Nothing can be placed on any walls. No music or open flames allowed. 

  • All teams are responsible for cleaning their booth area at the end of the event.

  • Judging will be at 3:00 p.m. Awards will be presented at 4:00 p.m.

  • Trophies will be given for 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, People’s Choice and Best Decorations
