After 30 days a woman can move into residency and obtain a job. Once gainfully employed, she is asked to pay a small percentage of her wages for room and board.
She will be allowed more freedom to attend outside meetings and social functions. She will continue to attend regular 12-step meetings and be required to spend time with the women in-house as part of the ongoing recovery process.
There is a direct correlation between staying involved with a recovery community and increased chance of permanent sobriety.
